SERVICES
Routine turnover Cleaning
Routine turnovers includes status of how guest left the property, any damage or concerns. Updates on inventory level of amenities and supplies. Includes: Complimentary restock delivery service.
Deep Cleanings
Offered twice a year to refresh the overall property or after long term stays 21 days or longer.
Short-term vacation property turnaround cleaning
Provided for new short-term vacation rental properties that were previously residential or new purchase.
Wrap around service
offered upon request of guest 24 hour in advance.
Dusting/refresh touch: offered to unoccupied homes for extended period time before guest arrival.

Property Turnover Updates: Photos from each cleaning will be provided via email, your app member page and text for your records of your property cleaning. This will include details after guest departure and after each cleaning with video as needed. Reports of any concerns or damages and upcoming scheduled cleanings. Property status updates and inventory will also be available on our webpage and Klean Konscious, Spaces, app.
Inventory updates: Are included with each turnover for guest complimentary amenities, linen and property needs for a consistent 5-star guest experience.
Inventory package concierge service: This is a complimentary service provided to streamline and control inventory and your peace of mind.

This company is built from mindful cleaning and exceptional partnerships. These policies are put into place for ease, assurance, and flexibility for the guest.

Our team will knock before entering the property and announce housekeeping has arrived.

If guest is on the property after their scheduled check-out time, host are immediately notified. Our
crew do not interact with guest.

A 15-minute grace period is given if guest is still on the property after their authorized check out
time.
Unauthorized late check-out: A $30.00 unauthorized late check out fee after 20 mins will apply. If guest is still at the property 30 mins after check-out, rescheduling for next earliest time available may be necessary, for later the same day or next morning.
Guest extension/late check-out: Please notify us by 8:00PM the day prior to check-out.
Guest no-show: To cancel please notify us by 6:00AM check-out day or full cleaning fee will be charged.Pets: Please notify us when a guest will be accompanied by their furry friend. A $50.00 pet fee is added for unauthorized pet clean up, carpet, upholstery, and property deodorizing. A $50.00 pet fee is added for pet waste clean-up.
Linen: Currently, linen is per property request. We are strategizing to implement a pick-up and drop off service for laundry within the company.
Laundry on site: $25.00 per cleaning request
Property deep cleans.
Deep cleans are essential for the upkeeping routine for your property during the 4th quarter of the year after the vacationers have enjoyed their stay and before the snowbirds get snuggled in. These are scheduled twice a year and after a long term stay of 28 days or longer. Deep cleans are priced at Gold package rates and are not scheduled on the same day as a check out. Please have the day of your scheduled deep clean blocked to provide our team the necessary time to complete a full detailed cleaning.

Actions we are taking to keep your property safe.
Providing you with a system that keeps your property in good hands and create a safe work environment. During our hiring process we complete full background, work history and criminal background checks on each candidate. We do not except felonies, theft, or any aggregated convictions, among a list of other things. We ask for separate entry code for our crews use.
Hiring competent staff enables us to provide you with continuous exceptional quality service.
Each employee has a minimum of 6 six weeks training. All employees are required to wear their uniforms, arrive to the property on-time, prepared, and provide 5-star cleanings with property updates.
