A Proactive Prevention Protection plan cleans your home from top to bottom.

The initial cleaning service is a detailed refresh for your vacation rental in preparation for your guest's enjoyment. This detailed process prepares your home for routine turnovers and can take 1 hour or longer than routine turnover cleanings, depending on the current condition. Once the initial cleaning is complete your home is fresh, clean, sanitized, and aligned to bring your vision alive. We work together to bring ease to your vision knowing your guest's comfort is the top priority with consistent communication of the condition and upkeep of your property.

 

The Initial Cleaning includes:

 

Bedrooms

 

• Strip linen from all beds

• Beds remade with clean linen

• organize extra linen in the closet

• Wipe/ brush down chairs/ ottomans

• All accessible surfaces cleaned and disinfected

• Window seals wiped and cleaned

• Mirrors/ windows cleaned

• Mop or vacuum accessible areas under beds and dressers

 

Dusting

All readily accessible areas (Does not include emptying bookshelves or china cabinets)

• Accessible items picked up, dusted, dusted underneath, and returned where found

• Ceiling Fans- (from 3 step ladder) or blade edges and lights (with extension pole)

• Baseboards (visible and accessible)

• Patio/Breakfast area door glass cleaned top to bottom (Glass panels)

• Fans, baseboards, door trim, window trim, doors, and light switches wiped down (on rotation after Initial)

 

Kitchen
 

• Countertops disinfected and cleaned.

• Items on counter wiped down/placed back in the proper location (i.e., coffeepot, mixers, toaster, etc.)

• Stove top and microwave cleaned (Inside of oven upon request)

• Inside/outside/ and top of refrigerator wiped down

• Appliances wiped down (exteriors): Stainless steel appliances/sinks polished.

• Cabinet faces wiped down

 

 
Bathrooms
 

• Countertops, tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets disinfected and polished

• Mirrors and fixtures polished

• All countertop items wiped down and returned where they were found

• All towel holders, toilet paper holders, and shelves wiped down/dusted

 

 Floors
 

• All carpets vacuumed thoroughly

• All hard floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped thoroughly

• All “easily moved furniture” moved, vacuumed under, mopped, and returned where found

• Rugs and floor mats vacuumed and returned to their original location

• Outdoor entryways swept
